What Makes the Reset Different?

Drawing on my expertise in nutrition, eating psychology, and lifestyle medicine, this isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s a specific roadmap while easily adaptable and flexible to you, your needs, and your life.

  • The Reset is for the woman who feels stuck in cycles of emotional eating, overwhelm, or unhealthy eating habits. It’s perfect for you if you’re ready to feel lighter, more energized, and confident in their food and lifestyle choices.

  • The Reset provides a done-for-you 14-day real food meal plan specifically designed to jumpstart weight loss, calm cravings, reduce inflammation, relieve bloating and boost energy. The meal plan is there to offer a guideline and create ease in the experience. However, the Reset isn’t about rigid rules (counting, weighing, portion sizes). Instead, the Reset focuses on balanced, satisfying real food meals that work for your body and your life. You’ll receive guidance and recipes, but there’s plenty of flexibility to make it your own.

  • Many women report weight loss as a natural byproduct of the Reset, but the focus is on creating sustainable habits that support your overall health and well-being—not just the number on the scale.
