Many of the women who work with me are balancing full lives; careers, families, leadership roles, and full calendars.
Sessions are scheduled in advance to fit your availability, and the practices we work on are designed to fit into real life, not add more to your plate.
The goal of this coaching is not to give you more to manage; it’s to help you relate to your life differently, as well as experience more calm and clarity within the life you already have.
In addition, to maximize our coaching time, you are given the Overwhelm Curriculum on-demand for 10 weeks to give you the option to work through curriculum on your own time
or
you can use the private sessions to walk through the curriculum together to ensure accountability and next steps.
Either way, it is designed to fit your preference.

Private sessions are generally conducted every 1 to 2 weeks for the 6 week package. We will find the same day and same time to ensure consistency and reliability for your preferred time.
Overcoming Overwhelm Private Coaching Packages are currently available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with session times varying between 9am and 3pm ET.
After you register, Jill will reach out to you with current available times, however, if you want to check on a specific timeframe, reach out HERE.

There are 5 sections to the Overwhelm curriculum. Each section builds on the other.
I suggest watching Section One prior to our first private session if you want to create momentum for our work together, however, this is not needed.

While many clients find the conversations deeply supportive, this is not therapy or mental health treatment.
