I’m a Life Coach for Women with an expertise in nutrition, eating psychology, overwhelm and meal plan mastery. I’ve also spent the last 20 years helping over 3000 women nourish their bodies, minds and spirits in practical + soulful ways every day. 

But this wasn’t always the case. Decades ago, things weren’t so nourishing. A former sugar addict and diet mountain dew junkie (hello 4 liters/day!), I paid the price with crazy PMS, mood and energy swings, heavy periods, debilitating depression, chronic fatigue, joint pain and more. 

Fast forward through my 30’s with a Lyme and Mold diagnosis, I’ve seen the impact inflammation plays on our health and dis-ease.
