What Makes the Reset Different?

Drawing on my expertise in nutrition, eating psychology, and lifestyle medicine, this isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s a specific roadmap while easily adaptable and flexible to you, your needs, and your life.

My approach is drawn from years of intense sugar cravings, PMS symptoms and irritability, now resolved, healing from an eating disorder in my early 20’s in search for the “right way” (only to learn a more holistic approach), navigating overwhelm and stress as a mom with 3 kids and walking through Lyme Disease.
