I'm just hearing about this course for the first time, what is it and where can I read more and register?
All the details and registration for Family Food Revolution are HERE. I created this course 9 years ago when my kids were really young; ages 1, 3, 5. It sold out every time. I was doing this work right alongside every mom. Now my boys are 14, 12, and 10 and completely independent in the kitchen, adventurous eaters, and lovers of healthy food.
I wanted to create a platform for moms to feel supported and encouraged in feeding their families healthy nourishing meals with less stress, and fewer food battles. I also knew I needed to cover how to navigate social pressures and norms around sugar and processed food.
Over the past 15 years, moms have told me their children's behavior changed in a matter of days when taking the sugar out and moving over to nutrient-dense foods. Moms tell me their kids become whizzes in the kitchen, setting them up for a lifetime of independence once they leave home. I watch moms become far less frazzled and stressed when they get weekly meal plans in place. I see them go from overwhelmed to organized while gaining confidence around feeding their families, learning how to handle and ultimately eliminate the drama, and moving from chaos to calm.

How is the course delivered?
I'm excited to offer this course virtually in my private Zoom lounge. I've been teaching virtually for years. Find a quiet space, free of distraction in the comfort of your own home. You don't need to clean your house or do your make-up. You won't be seen on the video. I'll be teaching in a webinar format which includes a lively chat box for you to interact with other moms and ask me any questions.
How is this course set up?
Every Thursday, we’ll have a LIVE class in our virtual private Zoom lounge. Thursdays are an educational format around the topics listed above. You also leave with a weekly assignment and a list of new recipes. Thursday classes are recorded and housed in your private membership space.
Each week, you'll receive recipes for a different meal that will be accessible in your private membership space. Recipes are gluten free, dairy free optional, soy free and there will be plenty of nut free options as well. Questions about the recipes? Simply reply to this email and ask away!

Then, every Friday, this is a LIVE group coaching call on Fridays. The first 30 minutes we’ll spend helping you prepare your weekly meal plan and the last 30 minutes I will open the call up for Q&A and coaching.
Will I have interaction with the other moms in the course?
The course comes with 4 weeks of Private Facebook support. You'll have daily interaction with and support from the other moms in this course. You'll also have interaction during each class and Q&A call.
What ages should my kids be for me to benefit from this course?
I wrote this course when my boys were 1, 3, and 5. Now they are 10, 12, and 14. If you desire to create a healthier life for your family, you will certainly benefit from this class. Moms come from all different seasons of life and are on all different parts of the food/health continuum. I welcome you all. There are women new to motherhood with a newborn to moms with teenagers and everything in between. This class is designed to meet you where you are and there will be plenty of time for your personalized questions in the Q&A calls and in the Private FB community.
What is the investment?
The investment is $267 but when you enroll with friends the price per person can go as low as $197 (see below). I am a firm believer in surrounding oneself with a positive network of support, so to encourage you and support you in that, I offer an incentive to those who register in groups (grab your friends/sisters/neighbors/playgroup mamas/cooking group, etc.)... the more friends you register with, the deeper the savings.

Will you be offering this course again?
This course will not be offered again this year (if at all). I chose to offer this for the month of March because it's a perfect time as we near the end of winter before life ramps up with Spring Break, end of school activities and summer. Whether or not I offer this again next year will depend on the demand for it.
